These instructions show you how to run reports in Mountaineer Marketplace.

Running Reports in Mountaineer Marketplace
Access Mountaineer Marketplace.
In the upper left corner icon panel of Mountaineer Marketplace, click the Orders icon.
Click All Orders to retrieve all documents you have permission to view. You can also specify a document type to view.
Records are retrieved. Click blue text such as PO Number or Requisition Number to see the document’s details.
After records have been retrieved, you can
Specify a date range by clicking the drop down arrow at the left side of the results.
Enter a document number in the Quick Search field to locate a specific document.
Click Add Filter and check boxes for Identifiers, dates, general information, item details, properties, and custom fields.
Save or export by clicking either button in the upper right corner.
Save Instructions:
Click the Save As drop down in the upper right corner.
Give the results a nickname and choose the destination folder. Click Add New if you do not already have a destination folder.
Click Save.
Export Instructions:
Click the Export All drop down and choose Export All or Export Selected Rows.
Name the export and click Submit.
Click Manage Search Exports in the Success message.
Click the title to download the export.
A file is downloaded to your computer. Depending on your browser, you may need to click the download at the bottom of your screen, or click an Open File link in a list of your downloaded files.
