Project Intake Process
The Project Request Form is used to define needs and formally request a project. After submitting the request, an intake process will initiate to better understand the project scope, streamline project initiation, and improve communication between the customer and the project team. Business Impact: This field serves to collect comprehensive information about the impacts that the project will have on business unit performance.
Recommended Approach/Solution: Please articulate your vision and goals for the project. This field provides an opportunity to propose the preferred course of action or methodology to successfully execute the project.
Describe best practice for implementing the process or system: Provide a high-level outline of the implementation process or any complex tasks that are known at the current time.
Known Risks/Barriers: This field is designed to help communicate concerns, constraints, or specific risks your project may anticipate.
