WV State Auditor Site myApps

Use the West Virginia State Auditor's myApps site to access your WVU Paystubs, W2's and take your PCard and Ethics tests. The myApps site does not authenticate to your Login account.

How do I sign up for myApps?

1. Go to the State Auditor's Office site at http://www.wvsao.gov.

2. Click on the myApps button.

3. Under the login information, click Create Account.

4. Check the box to I understand and agree to the terms of this contract as stated above and click Next.

5. Complete the myApps Sign Up form.

   • Student? Use your MIX (@mix.wvu.edu) email address.

   • Full time employee? Use your Microsoft 365 email address.

Microsoft Edge Assistance

You receive a certificate error:

Clear your browsing history then restart the browser.

Microsoft Edge is running slowly and has trouble loading pages:

Open a new InPrivate browser window to access the site. To do this, click the More icon (3 horizontal dots) and click New InPrivate window.

A page or multiple pages will not load:

Clear your browsing history then restart the browser.

A page seems to stuck in an infinite loop:

1. Press the Windows Key + X.

2. Clear your browsing history.

3. Restart the browser.

I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password for the State Electronic Notice of Deposits (Vista) site at http://www.wvsao.gov, click the Reset Password link on the login page (https://myapps.wvsao.gov/apps/default.aspx).
