Blank Pay Statements

Refer to the Accessing Online Pay Statements page for steps to view your pay statement on a work or personal device.

If your pay statement appears blank, with no information in the Employee Earnings, Employee Paid Deductions, Net, and Deposits sections, try using a different browser.

• Mobile devices: Use Firefox on Android devices or Safari on Apple iOS devices to access your pay statement. Pay statements will not load in Chrome on Android devices, and Chrome isn’t supported for Apple devices.

• Computers: Use Firefox or Chrome to access your pay statement. You may also need to clear your browser’s cookies and cache. If your screen is blank after clearing your browser’s cache on Chrome, you may need to change your PDF document settings. Navigate to Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Additional Content Settings, then PDF documents, and select “Open PDFs in Chrome.”
