How to Change Your Unifier Password and Challenge Questions

Your Unifier username and password are given to you by your company administrator; Unifier does not use your WVU Login credentials.

If you need a Unifier account, or need other assistance with accessing Unifier, contact the administrator at unifier_support@mail.wvu.edu.

Forgotten passwords

  1. Go to the Unifier login site at https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/wvuedu and click Need help signing in? Click here.

  2. Enter your Unifier username and click Next. A message will indicate that a password reset notification will be sent to the email address associated with your username.

  3. Check your email to find a message from 'no-reply@oracle.com,' and click the Password Reset button or Password Reset page link to be taken to the Oracle password reset page.

  4. Enter your new password, re-enter the password for confirmation, then click Reset Password.

  5. You'll see a message that your password has been reset and asking you to login using your new password. You will also receive an email message indicating that your password has been reset. Click the Continue to Sign In button.

  6. Enter your username and new password to sign in to Unifier.

If you are unable to change your password, or you account becomes locked. Contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance.

Change your password

  1. Log into Unifier at https://unifier.oraclecloud.com/wvuedu.

  2. At Primavera Portal, click Identity Cloud Service under Supporting Applications.

  3. Click Change My Password to open the password tab. Here, you can create a new password.

  4. Enter your Old Password, then enter a New Password (meeting the listed criteria).

  5. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.

  6. After creating a new password, click Submit. Updated passwords may take a moment to sync, as Unifier is a cloud-based application.
