Accepting Credit Card Payments in FreedomPay

FreedomPay is a third-party vendor that processes credit card payments using PCI-compliant virtual terminals located at various locations across campus. The attached document outlines processing credit card payments, printing and reprinting receipts, processing voids/refunds, reporting on transactions and closing batches at end of day. Cashiers using FreedomPay virtual terminals must have completed PCI training prior to accepting credit card payments. User accounts are created by a FreedomPay administrator.
