Unifier (Primavera Unifier)
Unifier is used by WVU Facilities and Services units for oversight and management of facilities and projects. Unifier is a full lifecycle management solution for capital planning, project delivery, cost control, and facilities and real estate management. It provides one unified solution for all kinds of complex projects and total visibility of budgets while enhancing management efficiency. Unifier also seamlessly integrates with Primavera P6 software that enables management of schedules and resources.

Login to Unifier
Unifier is a web-based tool that can be accessed from any web browser, anywhere in the world. You can log into WVU’s instance of Unifier at unifier.oraclecloud.com/wvuedu.
You will be prompted for your Unifier username and password. Enter your username and password as they were given to you by your company administrator, and you will be passed through to the Oracle Primavera Cloud Portal. Select Unifier by clicking on the icon or the text link to proceed. The Unifier application will open in a new tab or window.

Training Information for Facilities staff
Training documents for many business processes in the Unifier system can be found in the Company Workspace - Document Manager area inside the Unifier environment.
Navigate to the Company Workspace area using the new tab button.
Click Key Locations to see the Company Workspace link.
In the User menu, click to expand the Document Manager.
Click the Company Documents menu item. You will see the Company Documents folders and files in the main screen area.
Open the training folder for the topic you want to learn about. For example, to view training documents for the Capital Projects module, open the Training - Capital Projects folder.
