State PCard Certification and renewals are completed through the West Virginia State Auditor's Office website at wvsao.gov/PurchasingCard.

WVU Information Technology Services does not provide support for the State Auditor's website. If you receive an error message or need assistance using the wvsao.gov website, please call the State Auditor's office at 304-558-2251 or use their contact submission form.
