Contact System Administrator Error Message in MAP

Problem

You receive the error message "Contact systems administrator" when logged into MAP.

Solution

This usually happens when your connection is momentarily dropped. Clear your browser cache, completely exit your browser, then restart it. If the error message persists, try adjusting your browser settings to clear your cache whenever you exit your browser.
