Invalid Session (APP-FND-01931) Error in MAP

The "APP-FND-01931: Your session is no longer valid or your login information could not be reestablished from your session" error message may appear when you try to run a report, access a responsibility or click a link in MAP.

Please note Internet Explorer and Edge are not supported browsers. If you receive this error in a supported browser, disable the cross site scripting:

1. From the menu bar in Internet Explorer, click on Tools.

2. From the drop-down menu, click Internet options.

3. Click on the Security tab.

4. Click Custom level.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the list and look for the option to enable or disable cross site scripting (XSS).

6. Click on the radio button to Disable XSS.

7. You will be asked if you are sure you want to disable XSS. Click OK.

8. Close all Internet Explorer windows and then reopen the browser.

9. Navigate to MAP and try to do the task that gave you the error message.
