MAP Access and Responsibilities
MAP responsibilities can be added, removed, or modified with the Business Information Service Request form. After completing the form, it will automatically be sent to the appropriate Central or Expert Business Office for approval. Once an account has been set up with the appropriate access, you may log into MAP using your WVU Login credentials.
Request new MAP responsibilities or changes to existing responsibilities
Supervisors must submit requests for their employees.
Make sure you are signed in using the use the Log In button at the top of this page.
Open the Business Information Service Request form.
Select the responsibilities you want to add or remove and click Send to submit the request. The request will be reviewed by your SBA or CBO for approval before access is granted.
Re-activate expired responsibilities
When employees are set up with MAP access, their access is sometimes given an end date. The supervisor or employee may complete the Business Information Service Request to re-add expired responsibilities.
