What is Zoom Phone?
Zoom Phone is a full-service, cloud-based calling solution that supports a large workforce with many hybrid and remote staff. The desktop and mobile applications eliminate the need for expensive onsite hardware.

How do I access Zoom Phone?
You must be logged into your WVU Zoom account at wvu.zoom.us or use Zoom Workplace to access Zoom Phone. If your account is not setup properly when Zoom Phone is added, you will receive an email invitation to join WVU Zoom. You must complete this process before your phone will work in Zoom. Review the Zoom Accounts article for full login instructions.
