Zoom Retention Policy

Zoom recordings are automatically deleted after 120 days. 

Faculty members who want to preserve instructional videos may move them to Mediasite. Faculty should contact the WVU Libraries for assistance if they are unfamiliar with using Mediasite. Mediasite is intended for instructional materials; non-instructional videos that you want to retain and share should be moved to a non-instructional platform such as YouTube.  

Videos may also be stored in Google Drive or OneDrive.
