Enabling, Disabling a Product’s Visibility

You can change a product’s visibility to shoppers so that it can be viewed or hidden as necessary. For example, if you have a yearly conference, the status can be Enabled during registration, and then changed to Disabled until next year’s registration period.

Instructions:

1. Within your list of products, you can see the product’s visibility in the Web column.

2. To change this status, click the product name.

3. In General Settings, Web Status, click Manage Status.

4. In the Web status drop-down, click the desired status.

5. Click OK to confirm this change.

6. A confirmation message will be displayed.
