Mountaineer Mail (WVUGame.com)

Mountaineer Mail is an emailing service that sends you information about upcoming WVU athletic events. These messages are sent to anyone who has purchased an athletic ticket in the past or to those who sign up to receive Mountaineer Mail. 

How do I sign-up for Mountaineer Mail?

Anyone can sign up for Mountaineer Mail at http://www.wvusports.com. To receive emails for all athletic events, make sure All Emails is selected (this option is selected by default).

How do I remove myself from the Mountaineer Mail mailing list?

Open an email from Mountaineer Mail and click "Modify Your Email Preferences or Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email. Check the box to "Unsubscribe from this mailing list," and then click Update.

What if I want to receive emails for only certain athletic events?

Open an email from Mountaineer Mail and click "Modify Your Email Preferences or Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email. Check the box next to each event for which you would like to receive emails.

Why am I receiving email messages from Mountaineer Mail mailto:reply-1116@pacmail.em.marketinghq.net?

The WVU Ticket Office is sending the emails out from it's ticket holders list. You must have purchased a ticket during a past transaction.
