Speed Queen Laundry App

The Speed Queen Laundry app is used to operate the laundry units on campus. You can use the app to view machine availability, see remaining cycle times, and receive notifications.

1. Download the Speed Queen app from the Apple App Store or from Google Play.

2. When prompted, enter your @mix.wvu.edu email account.

3. Select your laundry room from the list.

4. Enter WVU001 as your Location PIN.

5. Select your laundry room from the list.

6. Select an available machine.

7. If this is your first time using the app, or you need to add more money to your account, use the slider to add funds. There is a $10 minimum deposit.
   Note: You can pay using credit, debit, or Mountie Bounty. Select Details on the payment screen to choose your payment method.

8. After paying, you can select to receive notifications about your laundry cycle.
