Students do not need to activate their accounts in Navigate and should disregard any email prompting them to do so.
Problem
You received an email from Navigate asking you to activate your account.
Solution
Disregard the email. This email was sent out in error from no-reply@gradesfirst.com. You do not need to activate your account. Use your existing WVU Login credentials for Navigate access.
