How to View Holds in Portal and STAR

Students can view their holds in Portal or STAR. 

Viewing holds in Portal

1. Log into WVU Portal. 

2. Click the Holds box in the STAR Information widget to view details.

Viewing holds in STAR

1. Log into WVU Portal. 

2. Click the STAR button to access STAR Self Service. 

3. Click the Student Services & Housing tab. 

4. Click Student Records. 

5. Click Student Profile. 

6. Click Holds on the top-right of the black banner to view details.
