Making a Payment to WVU at the WVU Hub

Parents and students can make card payments at a computer rather then waiting for a representative at the WVU Hub or waiting on the phone. WVU charges a 2.25% processing fee for cards.

If you contact the Mountaineer (WVU) Hub for assistance, DO NOT provide your credit card information in the email or an email attachment.

Information regarding Holds

The Office of Student Accounts only handles balance holds. Students and parents need to contact the appropriate departments for other holds (i.e. Parking/Advising).
