Cable Services for the Residence Halls

WVU provides cable free of charge in all residence halls. Oakland Hall, Seneca Hall, University Place and University Park are supported by Comcast Cable Services. All other halls are supported by Apogee.
Comcast cable information
Oakland Hall, Seneca Hall, University Place, and University Park use Comcast Cable Services. There is one active cable TV jack per room. If you have any questions or problems with the cable in your room, call Comcast Services at 800-934-6489.
Cable information for other residence halls
All other buildings, including administrative buildings, are supported by Apogee. If you have any questions or problems with the cable in your room, contact Apogee support at 866-502-4590, by live chat, or by email at support@apogee.us.
Troubleshooting cable issues
If you've lost channels, rescan your TV. If you have trouble rescanning your TV or need other troubleshooting help, go to WVU Housing's Cable TV Setup page.
