Admit View of the WVU Portal

The Admit view of the WVU Portal is visible to incoming students who have been admitted to WVU. Admits are prompted to select which campus they have been admitted to before content is displayed. After selecting your campus, you'll see a student checklist specific and links to resources specific to your campus. You'll also be able to view some buttons and shortcuts that are available in the student view of the Portal. 

Buttons at the top

DegreeWorks: A tool that gives students and advisors a visual checklist of courses and objectives required for graduation, including major requirements, major electives, capstone and General Education Foundations (GEF) requirements.

Financial Aid Information: Information in STAR that lets you view financial aid awards, cost of attendance, financial holds and more.

STAR: The STAR system is where you register for classes, pay tuition bills, view financial aid information, view class schedules and more.

Schedule Builder: A tool for creating a course schedule. 

Shortcuts and feeds on the left

MIX Email: Your MIX (Gmail) inbox.

STAR Information: Displays your account balances, enrollment status, academic holds, parent/guest proxies for your student account, outstanding financial aid requirements, and offered financial aid.
