Grubhub for WVU Dining Locations

Students can use Mountie Bounty as a payment method in the Grubhub mobile app. 

How to use Mountie Bounty for off-campus Grubhub orders: 

Follow these steps or view the Dining Services page to connect your Mountie Bounty with your Grubhub mobile app.

1. Download the Grubhub app and sign up for an account. 

2. At the bottom of the home screen, select My Grubhub. 

3. Select the Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner. 

4. Select Campus dining.
   Note: If you already set up campus dining for on-campus mobile ordering, proceed to step 6. 

   1. Select Find your campus and search for West Virginia University. 

   2. Select Add Affiliation. 

   3. Choose from the list of options and select Next. 

   4. Select Add campus card. 

   5. Sign in with your WVU Login credentials.
      Note: You must first claim your WVU Login account. 

5. Return to My Grubhub, then select the Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner. 

6. Select Payment to confirm Mountaineer Card has been added as a payment type. 

7. To use your Mountaineer Card as payment, choose this payment method when placing your Grubhub order.

If you experience an issue while using the Grubhub app, or have a question about charges and refunds, contact Grubhub support: 

1. In the app, tap My Grubhub at the bottom of the screen. 

2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open the Settings menu. 

3. Tap Help then select the appropriate help topic.
