Common error messages:
There are currently no logon servers to service the logon request: The computer is not establishing a network connection. Check the network cable at both ends. Even if it doesn’t seem loose, try unplugging the cable then plugging it back in. The network jack may not be active (especially if the computer has been moved recently, there is a network outage, or there is a hardware problem with the computer’s network card). There may possibly be a domain controller outage, but only if several computers in an area have the same error.
The security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship: The computer account on WVU-AD has become invalid. This is usually due to expiration (the computer has not been logged into for 90+ days), virus activity, or automatic system recovery. Your desk-side support must physically access the computer to re-add it to the WVU-AD domain.
Note: If you need immediate access to your computer, you may be able to use a temporary workaround until your desk-side support can help. Try disconnecting from the network, then log back into your computer and reconnect to the network. This will only work if you've recently logged in and your credentials are cached.
Security database on server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship: This error requires desk side support.
Login Error: Domain Controller Cannot Be Found For The Specified Domain: Reboot the computer. If rebooting doesn't resolve the issue, contact your desk-side support.
If you are unable to resolve a computer login issue by using the troubleshooting steps above, contact your desk-side support.
