Submit a New IACUC Protocol

Researchers utilizing animal models must submit animal use protocols for review to ensure that the proposed work falls within the OLAW Animal Welfare Assurance guidelines. 

Log in to KC.wvu.edu to access the IACUC module. This form is divided into several sections where detailed information will be entered. Some sections or groups of questions will only be visible if they are relevant to your type of protocol. Start with some General Information about the protocol type and the purpose of the study, then complete each section that is required for your protocol.
