Getting Started with Qualtrics at WVU
Qualtrics is a University-wide, web-based tool for creating and conducting online surveys. At WVU, all faculty, staff and students have access to the CoreXM Qualtrics platform (formerly known as Research Core). Access to Qualtrics is for WVU business and academic purposes, not for personal use or private businesses. Qualtrics should never be used to collect data the University identifies as Sensitive Data. To easily share surveys with others in your department or research team, you can request and use a Qualtrics Group.
If you need to collect data that the University identifies as Sensitive Date, please submit an Qualtrics HIPAA Compliant Access Request for an account on a secure Qualtrics environment.
