Awards by PI

This report queries and returns only awards (award numbers ending in -00001). Users can filter awards by college and department and export the given output to excel. There are three main dates associated with each award: Budget Start Date, Budget End Date and Notice Date. Notice Date is the date that West Virginia University first received notice of award. Budget Start and Budget End Date, however, are the beginning and end of the total award project.

Tasks by PI

Formerly the Awards by Task Manager report, Tasks by PI queries and returns only tasks (award numbers ending after -00001 – meaning -00002, -00003 and so on) in a given time frame. Similar to Awards by PI, users can also filter tasks by college and department. There are three main dates associated with each task: Budget Start Date, Budget End Date, and Notice Date. Notice Date is the date that West Virginia University first received notice of task. Budget Start and Budget End Date, however, are the beginning and end of total task project.

Award Dollars by College

Formerly the Sponsored Activity by Award report, Award Dollars by College queries and returns the amount of new and total award dollars for each college in a given time frame.

Task Dollars by College

Formerly the Sponsored Activity by Task report, Task Dollars by College queries and returns the amount of new and total task dollars, broken out by direct and indirect costs, for each college in a given time frame.
