Find Attachments in Outlook Desktop Client Conversation View
In the Outlook Web App, users with Conversation View turned on can see attachments for all emails in a conversation string. On the Outlook desktop client, those attachments are not immediately visible. To change this setting in the desktop client, follow these steps:
Select the View tab.
Click Conversation Settings in the Messages group.
Select Always Expand Selected Conversation.
