WVU offers multiple options for students, faculty and staff to share large files. View the table below for a comparison of WVU's file sharing options.
LiquidFiles: WVU employees can securely transfer of files that contain sensitive or highly confidential data, or whose size or type makes them unsuitable for email.
OneDrive for Business: Web-accessible storage and sharing of files from an employee's Microsoft 365 account.
Google Drive: Web-accessible storage and sharing of files from a student's or teaching faculty's MIX account.
Network Drives: Network-accessible storage for an individual or group at WVU.
SharePoint: Web-accessible sites for sharing files, calendars, discussions among a department or other group.
Globus Online: Web-accessible transferring, sharing, and publishing of datasets.
