Calendar Events Show Teams Meeting Invites by Default

Issue

When you create a new calendar invite, a Teams meeting invite is auto inserted into the Calendar Invite message.

Solution

  1. Open the Outlook mail client on your computer.

  2. Select File.

  3. Select Options.

  4. Select Calendar.

  5. Uncheck the box next to Add online meeting to all meetings.

  6. Click OK.
