Scheduling Assistant Not Working
If the Scheduling Assistant will not work, you may need to recreate your Outlook profile.
Problem
You cannot use the Scheduling Assistant from the Outlook Client. When you look up suggested times you receive a message that says "Free/Busy times could not be received."
Solution
If you receive the same error after trying different accounts, delete and then recreate your Outlook profile:
Open the Start Menu and open the Control Panel.
Click User Accounts.
Click Mail to open a new dialog box.
Click Show Profiles.
Select Outlook, click Remove, then click OK.
Open Outlook to setup and recreate your account.
