Telephone Repairs

Faculty or staff members of WVU and Potomac State may request services, resets or repairs for their phones.

If a phone is not working properly, we suggest first trying to reset the phone by unplugging it for 15 seconds. If the problem persists, submit the ITS Telephone Assistance form.

Student workers cannot request Telecom services, resets or repairs. All requests must come from full-time staff and faculty.
