Remove Old Device from Duo Account
Follow the steps below to remove an old phone, tablet or token from your account.
Remove a device from your Duo account:
Go to a WVU system that requires you to log in using your WVU username and password (e.g. portal.wvu.edu).
When you see the Duo authentication prompt screen, select Other options.
Click Manage devices.
You’ll be prompted to authenticate with Duo to prove it’s you before being taken to a list of your devices.
Click Edit then Remove.
Note: You will only have the option to delete a device if you have another device associated with your account.
