Supported Multi-factor Tokens

Duo two-factor authentication will be retired October 1, 2025, and replaced with a new multi-factor authentication tool, Okta Verify.

Duo Digipass display tokens will not work with Okta Verify. If you need to purchase a token now or after the transition to Okta Verify, you will need a FIDO2 (WebAuthn) compliant token. ITS recommends purchasing one of the following:

• Security Key by Yubico (both options, USB-A and USB-C)

• Titan Security Key
