Supported Multi-factor Tokens

Only FIDO2 (WebAuthn) compliant tokens can be used with Okta multi-factor authentication. ITS recommends purchasing one of the following:

• GoTrust Idem Key (available at WVU Barnes & Noble Bookstores)

• Security Key by Yubico USB-A (available online)

• Security Key by Yubico USB-C (available online and at all ITS Service Centers)

• Titan Security Key (available online)
