Pay Rent Online for Your WVU Apartment

Students living in Vandalia Apartments, College Park, University Park and University Place can pay their rent through STAR. The process for paying rent is the same as paying your tuition and fees. Employees can mail a check or take their payment to the WVU Hub.

How to make a payment as a student

1. Log into portal.wvu.edu using your Login credentials.

2. Click on the STAR link.

3. Click Student Services & Housing.

4. Click Student Accounts.

5. Click Electronic Bill by Term/Make Payment.

6. Select the current term, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Pay Now.

Mail checks to P.O. Box 6003 Morgantown, WV 26505 or make your payment at the WVU Hub.
