ITS Service Centers provide free technology support for WVU students, faculty and staff. ITS Service Centers' staff offer advice on technology resources and can help with a variety of services and applications such as eCampus, Login and Duo.

These locations are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays and the days the University is closed).

Mountainlair ITS Service Center:

  • Location: First floor, next to the Post Office.

    • Mountaineer Card production

    • Test scanning

    • Software issues and troubleshooting

    • Access/Login issues

    • Connectivity for laptops, tablets, and smartphones

    • Basic virus removal

    • Photocopying services

    • Computer buying specifications and free software recommendations

    • Assistance with two-factor authentication

Bennett Tower ITS Service Center:
