Log Into the ITS Help Center (Public)
The WVU ITS Help Center hosts IT information and services for students, faculty and staff. Log into the Help Center to access all the available IT resources.
From this page, click the Log in button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Enter your primary WVU email address then click Next.
Note: You can find your primary WVU email address at login.wvu.edu. Click Manage Account, authenticate using your WVU Login credentials, then click the Account tab. Your Primary Email Address will be listed.
If you are a Shared User, enter your WVU login username followed by @hsc.wvu.edu as your primary email address. (Example: username@hsc.wvu.edu)
Click Continue with Atlassian account.
Note: If you are prompted to create an Atlassian account, the email address you entered is not your primary address. Creating an Atlassian account will not grant you access to the ITS Help Center; you must retry logging in with the correct primary email address.Enter your WVU Login credentials to finish authenticating.
Troubleshooting
If you can’t log into the IT Help Center, try clearing your browser cache, switching browsers, or using a private browser session.
If you can log in, but see a gray circle instead of your initials, click the gray circle and try logging out and then back in again or use a private browser session.
