Install Adobe Creative Cloud
WVU employees can request to install Adobe Creative Cloud apps for work purposes. Employees are notified via email once their request is approved and are assigned a license the next day.
If you want to install Adobe Creative Cloud for personal use, visit Adobe's website for pricing and installation instructions.
Install Adobe Creative Cloud from Software Center or Self Service:
Open Software Center or Company Portal on your Windows computer or Self Service on your Mac computer.
Note: If you can't access Software Center, Company Portal or Self Service, or you need to install Adobe Creative Cloud on a personal computer, follow the Install Adobe Creative Cloud from Adobe website instructions below. Software Center is for computers in the AD system and Company Portal is for computers in Azure AD system.Search for and select WVU - Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App from the list of applications.
Note: Make sure to save and close any Microsoft Office apps before installing.Click Install.
Once the Adobe Creative Cloud app is installed, an Adobe icon will appear on your desktop (or Applications folder on a Mac). Double-click the icon to open it.
Enter your WVU email address and press the Tab key on your keyboard. This will redirect you to a WVU Login screen. If you are redirected to a screen that asks for Adobe ID or Enterprise ID, select Enterprise ID.
Note: If you use a WVU email alias, you may need to try your other WVU email address to log in. If you receive an error message or a blank screen, follow the steps in the Adobe Creative Cloud Troubleshooting article.Enter your WVU Login Username and Password, click Login, and complete two-factor authentication.
Note: The first time you login, it may run an update that will take a couple minutes to complete. This will happen each time Adobe releases updates.To install the app(s) that you need, click on the Apps menu at the top left. From this screen you will see a list of apps that you can install.
To install an app, find the app in the list and click on the blue Install button.
Note: Apps aren't available to download until your license is assigned. Licenses are assigned a day after your Adobe Creative Cloud Request is approved.

Visit Adobe's download page.
Select Windows | Alternative downloads or macOS | Alternative downloads depending on your computer and follow the download instructions.

Visit the Apple App Store.
Download Adobe Creative Cloud.
Sign in with your WVU email address.
