Find the Computer Name (Windows)

If you are using a WVU owned computer and you contact the ITS Service Desk, you may be asked for a computer name.

Windows 10

1. Right click the Start menu (normally in the bottom left corner of the screen).

2. From the menu, click System.

3. Look under the section called Device Specifications. It will be listed as Device Name.
