Find Your Courses in eCampus (Students)
Log into ecampus.wvu.edu and select Courses from the left-hand navigation bar. By default, courses taught during the current semester will appear under Current Courses. Past and upcoming courses can be accessed by clicking the down-arrow at the center of the page.
Current Courses: If the term duration is in the present, the course appears in Current Courses
Past Courses: If the term duration has elapsed, the course appears in Past Courses with the term name (e.g., 202201) as the page title. Students will not have access to these courses. Note: All courses within a term are made inaccessible to students 30 days after the due date of grades in STAR for that term.
Upcoming Courses: If the term start and end dates are both in the future, the course appears in Upcoming Courses. Students will not have access to these courses. Note: By default, all sections open to students at 12:00 AM on the official start date identified in STAR; however, instructors may open courses to students a maximum of seven (7) days before the official start date.
Switch Course View: The Courses page can be viewed as a list or a grid. Each course card lists the course ID, course title, and instructor. If the course has multiple instructors, select multiple Instructors for a list. Select More info to see the description and schedule, if added.
Search Bar & Filter: The search bar or the filter at the top of the page can be used to narrow the view. The search function can be used to find courses on the current page.
Items Per Page: If students have a lot of courses, they can also choose how many courses appear on each page. At the top of the list, they will find a page selector to navigate through long lists.
Favorites: If students want to access a course frequently and avoid scrolling, the star icon can be selected to add to their favorites so that it appears at the top of their course list. Star icon can be selected again to remove a course from their favorites.
Note: Courses in the list cannot be reordered. Courses are listed alphabetically and grouped by term, with the newest courses first. The favorites appear at the top of the page.
