Create a Stukent Course

Students will only have access to Stukent courseware after the instructor has created a course with Stukent. It is best to create the course at least one week before the semester start date. Creating a course only takes a few minutes. 

1. Visit stukent.com and click Login at the top right of your screen. 

2. Log in with your email and password. If you do not know your login information, email virtualta@stukent.com or call (855) 788-5368. 

3. Click + Add Course in the bottom left corner of your screen. 

4. Enter your course details and click Next Step.

5. After entering the courseware you’ll want to use, select Save and Continue. Please note that selected products cannot be changed after this step. If you decide to switch products later, you must add a new course and identify those products in the newly added course.

After completing the course creation process, you will be taken to the Products tab.

Create a Content Link

1. In the eCampus course, go to Content.

2. Select the Tools menu and click Stukent.

3. In the Link Information menu, input Stukent as the link name.

4. Select Submit.

Roster Synchronization 

Students who join the course roster in eCampus will be synced into the Stukent course that the instructor created when they first launch the Stukent tool from eCampus. The instructor will be able to see them in the Stukent instructor portal.

If instructors ever need to sync their grade book due to students joining the course late or leaving the course, they can simply click the Sync Roster button.
