Course Availability Tool

The Course Availability tool allows instructors to change the start date of their course in eCampus to make it available to students up to 7 days prior to the original start date of the course as set in STAR.

1. Log into the eCampus course you want to change and click Course Tools then Course Availability.

2. Click the calendar icon (date picker) to select a new date.

3. After selecting a date within the threshold, click the submit button.

If the update is successful, the message Course dates were updated will be displayed. If the selected date is greater than 7 days, the message The start date selected is not within the threshold of 7 days earlier than original start date established by the administrator will be displayed. Choose a day 7 days or less from the start date and click Submit.
