Downloading a Content Collection Package

In addition to exporting/archiving course packages, the content files that have been loaded into the course can be downloaded into a zip file. This zip file allows easy access to the course files contained in the course Content Collection. You will not need to be import the zip file back into the course in order to access the files, as you would with a export/archive course package.

Locate the Content Collection Files

1.  Login to eCampus and navigate to the course you would like to download the Content Collection files from.

2. Scroll down to the Control Panel, click Content Collection, then click the Course ID (example: star10000.201801)

Select the Files to Include

You can choose to include only certain selected files for download, or you can choose to download all items in the Content Collection into one zip file.

Downloading Specific Files from the Content Collection

1. If needed, click the Show All button at the bottom of the page to display all items in the Content Collection.

2. Click the checkbox beside the files you wish to download.

3. Click the Download Package button.

4. A zip package containing these files will be downloaded to your device.

All Course Content Collection Files

1. If needed, click the Show All button at the bottom of the page to display all items in the Content Collection.

2. Click the Select All Checkbox to automatically select all files.

3. Click Download Package button.

4. A zip package of the course content collection files will be downloaded to your device.
