University Relations/Enrollment Management uses Salesforce for marketing to, recruiting and admitting undergraduate, graduate, and professional students across the WVU System. Used in partnership with TargetX, use of the CRM ensures coordinated delivery of messaging across audiences and provides a centralized repository to record all types of engagement. It is designed to create more personalized and effective interactions.
Licensing restrictions
These licenses are for use by WVU personnel only. When you submit a request for these licenses, the request will be reviewed by Enrollment Management before it is approved.
Eligibility
Faculty can purchase with WVU funding.
Staff can purchase with WVU funding.
Students need to work with their supervisor if they require a license, which can be purchased with WVU funding.
How to order
WVU Funds: Complete the SLIC Software Request Form. Funding for these licenses is required at the time of the request.
Personal Funds: These licenses cannot be purchased using personal funds.

Pricing
Licenses cost either $765.96 or $76.60 annually based on the level of license necessary for the licensee to perform their job responsibilities. The annual subscription term is from September 1 through August 31 of the following year. Annual Salesforce licenses are part of a two-year contract that expires on August 31, 2024. If you purchase licenses in year one, you will be required to renew them in year two.
The cost is pro-rated based on the purchase date. Licenses are renewed automatically unless notice of non-renewal is received by SLIC prior to Thanksgiving. Prices are subject to change based on contract renewal. The requesting department must provide funding information as part of the license request process.
