Add MIX (Gmail) Account to Mobile Device

Follow these steps to add your Mix (Gmail) account to your mobile device from your device's settings.

Add MIX to your device using the Gmail App

1. Download the Gmail app from your mobile device's app store.

2. Open the Gmail app and tap Sign In.

3. Tap Add account.

4. Tap Google and then Continue.

5. Enter your entire MIX email address into the provided field and tap Next. You will be redirected to the WVU Login page.

6. Enter your Login username and password. Tap Login.

7. Wait for Gmail to verify your account. When finished, your MIX account will begin syncing to the Gmail app.

Add MIX to an Apple device in Settings

1. Open your device's Settings application and tap Passwords & Accounts.

2. Tap Add Account.

3. Tap Google.

4. When prompted, enter your entire MIX email address into the provided field and tap Next. You will be redirected to the WVU Login page.

5. Enter your Login username and password. Tap Login.

6. Wait for Mail to verify your account.

7. Choose what information you want synced to your device. Tap Save. Your MIX account will now begin syncing to the Apple Mail app.

Add MIX to an Android device in Settings

1. Open your device's Settings application and tap Cloud and Accounts.

2. Tap Accounts.

3. Tap Add Account.

4. Tap Google.

5. When prompted, enter your entire MIX email address into the provided field and tap Next. You will be redirected to the WVU Login page.

6. Enter your Login username and password. Tap Login.

7. Wait for Mail to verify your account.

8. Choose what information you want synced to your device. Tap Save. Your MIX account will now begin syncing to the Android Mail app.

Add MIX to a Windows device in Settings

1. Open your device's Settings application and tap Accounts.

2. Tap Email & App Accounts.

3. Tap Add an Account.

4. Tap Google.

5. When prompted, enter your entire MIX email address into the provided field and tap Next. You will be redirected to the WVU Login page.

6. Enter your Login username and password. Tap Login.

7. Wait for Mail to verify your account.

8. Choose what information you want synced to your device. Tap Save. Your MIX account will now begin syncing to the Windows Mail app.
