FTP-Depot Accounts and Policies

FTP-Depot (ftp-depot.wvu.edu) is a service that allows the secure transfer of files to production machines without having individual users connect directly to them.

How do I request an account?

Submit an ITS request to request an account.

Each person must have their own account and sharing of passwords is not allowed. All account requests must go through the online request form linked on the service page.
