Log Into the ITS Help Center (Public)

The WVU ITS Help Center hosts IT information and services for students, faculty and staff. Log into the Help Center to access all the available IT resources. From this page, click the Log in button in the upper-right corner of the screen. In the new window, click Login Here then enter your WVU Login credentials. Once logged in, your initials should appear in the upper-right corner.

Only students, faculty and staff with @mix, @mail, or @hsc email addresses may log into the Help Center.

Troubleshooting

If you’re unable to log into the IT Help Center, try clearing your browser cache, switching browsers, or using a private browser session.

If you are able to log in, but you see a gray circle instead of your initials, click the gray circle and try logging out and then back in again or use a private browser session.
