Log Into eCampus
eCampus is the learning management system used at WVU. Log into eCampus using your Login credentials you set at login.wvu.edu to access eCampus.
If you are an employee without a faculty or student role in STAR and need to take a training course through eCampus, contact the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444 to have an eCampus account created.
How to log into eCampus
There are several ways to access eCampus.
Go directly to the eCampus site:
Go to ecampus.wvu.edu.
Click Login.
If prompted, enter your Login credentials.
Access eCampus through the WVU Portal:
Go to portal.wvu.edu.
If prompted, enter your Login credentials.
Click on a course under the eCampus Courses section.
Can't log into eCampus?
If you can't access a course, check the official start date for the course in STAR. Instructors may open courses up to seven days before the official start date. You will not be able to access a course until it is opened.
Make sure you are using a supported browser to access eCampus.
Make sure your computer and internet browser are configured correctly.
If you recently changed your password, try removing your cached passwords from your browser. (These instructions vary from browser to browser and can be found by searching online.)

Check the ITS Twitter feed (@WVUITServces) to see if there is a temporary outage for eCampus.
Try logging into the WVU Portal or STAR.
If you can log into the WVU Portal or STAR, reset your Login password. This is the only way to synchronize the password with eCampus. After you reset your password, log into eCampus using the new password.
If you can't log into the WVU Portal or STAR, make sure your Login account is active and that you are typing in your password correctly.
