Adobe Creative Cloud
Effective February 1, 2024, Adobe will begin the discontinuation of Creative Cloud Synced files for personal users not associated with a Creative Cloud for Teams or Creative Cloud for Enterprise entitlement. This change will result in the inability to share folders and files with new users outside the organization.
Files will remain in the Creative Cloud Files folder and will not be removed during this process. However, sharing links will no longer be visible. The Creative Cloud Files folder may be hidden when the user is signed out of Creative Cloud. Users must sign in to Creative Cloud and ensure that File Syncing is on.
WVU Recommends using OneDrive for personal cloud file storage.
Adobe Creative Cloud includes desktop apps for a wide range of projects. Creating graphics, editing digital media, designing documents and many other creative tasks are made simpler with these specialized programs. Users are also given access to live software updates.
If you need assistance installing Adobe Creative Cloud, contact your deskside support. Visit Adobe's Help Center for Adobe Creative Cloud troubleshooting and training information.
What's included in the Creative Cloud:
Adobe Creative Cloud includes 20+ apps including Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. See a complete list of the applications included at Adobe Creative Cloud | Details and products | Adobe
