Submit a Department Review

As an assigned department approver, when you have reviewed a funding proposal and are satisfied with its content, submit it for the next task in the workflow. This could be another level of Department Review, or a Office of Sponsored Programs review.

To submit a department review

1. From the funding proposal workspace, click Approve.

  1. Type comments and attach pertinent documents in the approval form, if appropriate.

  2. Click OK.

The system notifies the next reviewer in the workflow and the funding proposal appears in their inbox.
